Sonic-Con is proud to offer opportunities to production companies and individual creators to showcase their organizations and audio dramas to convention attendees. This year, there is no additional cost to exhibit. Space is limited, so get your request in sooner rather than later. Once Sonic-Con approves you as a vendor, you are required to purchase a weekend pass.
In order to become an Approved Exhibitor, please follow the guidelines below:
Complete the Exhibitor Request Form below.
Once reviewed, Sonic-Con will e-mail you, stating whether your request has been approved. If approved, you will be sent a Facility User Agreement, which will need to be signed and returned to soniccon20@gmail.com.
Exhibitor Details:
There is no cost to exhibit in our Exhibition Hall.
Includes one 8-foot rectangular table with either a black or white tablecloth and two chairs
All Approved Exhibitors must purchase a weekend pass to be included in the Exhibition Hall
