You’re at Sonic-Con to have fun. We’re here to make it possible for you to have that fun. For all that to happen, Sonic-Con has a few policies that are necessary for the safety and comfort of everyone. Please comply so that you and everyone else can enjoy the convention.
Sonic-Con has programming for children, ages 8-12. The convention cannot accommodate children under 8. No child without a Kids Pass will be allowed entrance into rooms with active programming such as masterclasses, live performances or competitions. Children 8-12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. With the purchase of each Adult or College/Faculty/Staff Pass attendees can receive one free Kids Pass. This free Kids Pass can be added at the time of purchase. Additional children will require a purchased Kids Pass and a separate completed Registration Form.
Always have your Sonic-Con pass with you. You will need it to attend any Sonic-Con function, including all daytime and nighttime masterclasses and events. When purchasing weekend passes, age is determined by how old you are by March 20, 2020. Military and Seniors (60+) receive College/Faculty/Staff rate, with valid I.D.
No handing out of anything—including flyers, stickers, or any promotional item—is allowed outside of the Exhibition Hall. Business cards may be exchanged during the convention.
Production companies or individuals wishing to exhibit their family-friendly audio dramas should complete the Exhibitor Request Form. Approved exhibitors will be required to sign and return a Facility User Agreement and purchase an Exhibitor Pass in addition to their Weekend Pass. There will be a dedicated Exhibition Hall at Sonic-Con where all exhibitors will be located. Exhibition Hall will only feature family-friendly fare. If an exhibition or exhibitor displays behavior or materials deemed inappropriate by Sonic-Con, that exhibit will be removed without refund. It is expected that exhibitors display materials detailed in the Exhibitor Request Form. No surprises!
